ELECTRIC
Summer and winter rates: Summer rates will be for the months of June – September and winter rates will be for the months of October – May.
Residential service: This schedule is applicable to all Kwh sales for residential lighting, cooking, electric irons, toaster, radios, television, ovens, refrigeration, air conditioning and heating, water heaters and other socket appliances and also small single-phase utility motors served through a service meter. This schedule is applicable to mobile home parks.

This schedule shall include apartments, schools, churches, offices, small manufacturers, stores, shops, trailer camps and similar operations where metered under one name. All service will be at the system's standard voltages.

Commercial service (large use): This schedule is applicable to all Kwh sales to all establishments which are operating as a business and have three-phase power and have an annual usage of 20,000 Kwh/month average. This schedule shall include: apartments, schools, churches, offices, care centers, small manufacturers, retail stores, shops and similar operations where metered under one customer, all at the system’s standard voltage. To be eligible for this rate the customer must demonstrate that the Kwh consumption will meet the minimum requirement and the customer load factor will be sufficient as not to cause an abnormal Kw demand.

Residential
$34.00 /month service charge plus $..355/100 gallons of water usage based on the January, February and March water usage. Said usage shall be set for a 12 month period.
Each separate residential unit to include each rental unit and each trailer or mobile home in a trailer or mobile home park shall be charged a separate service charge. The charge for each separate rental unit or trailer or mobile home shall be imposed for each unit for any month in which the rental unit, trailer or mobile home was occupied for any portion of the month.
A friendly reminder that annual sewer rates will be calculated in April and it will be based on water
usage during January, February and March. If you have any questions, feel free to call the Village
office.
Commercial (Outside water usage)
$34.00/month service charge plus $.355/100 gallons of water usage based on the January, February and March water usage. Said usage shall be set for a 12 month period
Commerical (Inside water usage only)
$34.00/month service charge plus $.355/100 gallons of water usage each month.

Interruptible Service: This schedule is applicable to a privately owned area made available for public use in which the Chairperson or Utility Superintendent has the authority on a daily basis to limit the amount of water which can be used.
